The Nourished Leader

Old World Map

Believe In Something Bigger Than Yourself

“Go to the people. Live with them. Learn from them. Love them.

Start with what they know. Build with what they have.

But with the best leaders, when the work is done, the task accomplished, the people will say:

'We have done this ourselves.' ”

- Lao Tzu

  2. Develop Socially Conscious and Active Leaders: by designing and facilitating experiences for enterprises to collaborate on cross-sector projects that purposely take them outside their comfort zone and challenge their assumptions, beliefs, and perspectives, in order to generate cultural awareness/agility, innovative thinking, social change.

  3. Foster Transformational Learning: reimagining pathways for employees’ learning and development and activating the collective intelligence across the organization through purposeful, cross-sector engagement and partnership in order to tackle complex social problems
